ARC of Rockland serves more than 1000 individuals with developmental disabilities from birth through the senior years throughout Rockland County, New York. With a professional staff of 600 plus, ARC continues to provide services and supports with the compassion and dedication upon which it was built. ARC recognizes the value of every individual we serve and understands that each person is a member of a unique family unit. An active volunteer board of directors and a volunteer foundation board are vital aspects of the agency.

ARC sets a standard of excellence for the services it provides to people with developmental disabilities of all ages. In addition, ARC informs and educates the public-at-large concerning the abilities of people with developmental disabilities. ARC is a resource for information regarding advances in the fields of medicine, education and law as they relate to people with disabilities.
