Serving more than 350 people annually and employing more than one hundred staff, The Arc of Orange County works with and for people who have or are at risk for developmental disabilities to promote full participation in all areas of life in our community. The Arc seeks to accomplish this through advocacy and education, as well as through provision of quality supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, their families and the community. Additionally, The Arc’s goal is to promote full participation of our clients in all areas of life.
