Description
The mission of The Arc Greater Twin Cities is to secure for all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families the opportunity to realize their goals of where and how they live, learn, work and play. Founded in 1946, Arc continues to forge new paths in advocacy and service to individuals and families impacted by Down syndrome, autism, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and other related conditions. The Arc Greater Twin Cities provides individuals with disabilities and their family members with connections to resources, training, and support and promotes community-wide understanding of the needs and contributions of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Arc Greater Twin Cities serves Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties in Minnesota.
