Description
TXRS is a comprehensive community based program that addresses the basic needs of persons whom were previously incarcerated with the goal of reducing repeat crime. Basic needs in this context address such issues as food, clothing, housing, physical and mental healthcare, substance abuse, education, transportation, job readiness, job placement, and obtaining proper identification documents. We provide case mangement, individual and group services counseling in the areas of parenting skills, financial management, substance abuse relapse prevention, HIV, anger mangement and batterers intervention prevention.
