Description

Texas CARES is dedicated to the welfare of companion animals and education of the public about the humane treatment of animals and responsible pet ownership. Texas CARES provides for homeless and unwanted pets, primarily cats and kittens, in the Dallas-Plano area of Texas. We are a no-kill, all volunteer organization who rely on foster homes to house its animals until permanent homes are found for them.
