Description

TVCEH partners with emergency shelters, domestic violence shelters, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, food banks, faith-based organizations, educational facilities, rehab centers, mental health centers, and others to provide assistance to our citizens in our twelve counties as they are moving from homelessness to stable housing.

TVCEH partner agencies provide case management, support, hope and assistance to precariously housed and homeless populations.
