Tender Touch For All was founded as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for seniors and veterans by enhancing their physical, mental and emotional well being through the “miracle of massage.” Tender Touch For All now offers free or low-cost, on-site massage therapy for seniors, veterans and people with disabilities and chronic conditions/illnesses at their residential or treatment centers. Executive Director Marc Silverstein founded Tender Touch For All in June 2010 as a direct result of his reaction to what he saw as a dire need in the geriatric community when he was serving as the primary caregiver for his elderly mother. Tender Touch For All has since successfully implemented more than ten regularly scheduled programs in the New York area. We are rapidly expanding our efforts and are in the process of beginning many new programs at various facilities starting in the second half of 2011.
