Description
TLC is a non-profit agency that serves adolescent chemically dependant females ages 13 to 19. TLC program offers an intensive, individualized, comprehensive recovery program that addresses the particular needs of chemically dependent adolescent females. The Temporary Living Center is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services as a Children’s Residential Treatment Facility (CRF). The mission of TLC is “to offer adolescent girls a safe and loving environment in which to recover from drug and alcohol addiction.” Our primary purpose is to maintain intensive recovery programs that are specific to each individual client while providing housing, counseling, education, and other services to girls.
