Offers Support for Teens who are high risk who are Pregnant and Parenting. Our goal is for all teens in Blair County the needed support to reach their full potential. We offer case management, evidence-based programs such as All Stars and Teen Nurturing Parenting Program. We offer a Cooking/ Nutrition Classes as well as a variety of other groups and classes.
