Description

We are a medical clinic specifically focused on treating adolescents ages 11-21. We provide comprehensive medical and mental health services that include ongoing teen-specific primary health care, as well as adolescent medicine consultations. Teen Health Connection is also the location for Levine Children's Hospital's Center for Disordered Eating which provides comprehensive medical, nutritional and mental health services for adolescents with eating disorders.
