TechMission is a faith-based non-profit social service organization with the mission to support faith-based organizations in using technology to transform vulnerable communities. We were formed in 2000, to support faith-based community computer centers across the world in their effort to provide access, skills and relationships needed to succeed in the information age. TechMission has four programs including, the Association of Christian Community Computer Centers (AC4), formed to support faith-based community computer centers; TechMission Safe Families, the goal of which is to assist parents in protecting children in at-risk communities from pornography and other dangers on the Internet; TechMission Corps, an AmeriCorps Program that provides opportunities in urban ministries throughout greater Boston and Los Angeles; and TechMission Volunteering Network which connects high-quality volunteers with faith-based social service organizations.
