Team Sofie Chapter 2 was created in memory and honor of Sofia Isabella, who in her 21 days on earth touched hearts deeply and taught people everywhere how to live and love differently.
Team Sofie Chapter 2 donates hand tied fleece blankets to the children/families at Akron Children's Hospital in Ohio, to offer some warmth and comfort through difficult times.
