Description

Team Continuum helps cancer patients and their families with their immediate non-medical needs. We assist with utility bills, rent, mortgages, transportation costs, books, and more. We also fund patient programming at various hospitals, as well as fund two care facilities to increase hope and options for patients in treatment.
