Our mission is to build the movement in the Las Vegas Valley and across the nation to eliminate educational inequity by enlisting our most promising future leaders in the effort. We recruit, train, and support a corps of outstanding recent college graduates of all academic majors who commit to teach for at least two years in underserved schools and to work throughout their lives to advocate for systemic educational reform from all sectors.
