Description
Tyler Palko and Chris McGough have teamed up and hope to help others with Down syndrome realize their full potential. The result is the TC (T for Tyler, C for Chris) House Foundation, a non-profit organization started in June 2005. They have plans to secure a Group Home in the West Allegheny Area (Imperial, PA) for young adults with Down syndrome. Their goal is to allow all individuals to achieve the highest degree of independence possible, contribute time and skills to the community, and realize every potential available to them.
