A 501-c-3 non-profit agency in Broward County Florida that provides street outreach and advocacy to homeless to help them get off the street and into shelter/housing. Our mission is to get our homeless neighbors off the street through aggressive outreach services and provide placement
in a program that will help them get “home”.
