Description
Non-profit Community Action Agency created under the Econimic Opportunity Act of 1964 to assist those in poverty. We operate Head Start, Pre-K, homeless assistance, weatherization, employment and training programs, community transportation services, mortgage assistance, first time homebuyer assistance, utility arrearage counseling and other related services and programs. We have been in existance in our community (Somerset County, Pennsylvania) since 1966.
