The mission of CBAPP is to provide a new and innovative approach to delaying the onset of sexual activity, ultimately preventing teen pregnancy.

CBAPP creates yearlong opportunities for youth to take part in a variety of programs and activities as a way to provide an alternative to risk taking behaviors.
