The Sweet Pea Foundation, an incorporated 501 (c) (3) corporation, is the local champion for Dolly Parton's Imagination Library for the community of Forest Hill, Maryland located in Harford County, Maryland. Our mission is to encourage reading by providing a FREE, age appropriate, book monthly to preschoolers in the Forest Hill community. The only two requirements are age and residence. Ages are from birth up until their 5th birthday.
