SCLM is designed to help others discover their destiny. Because destiny does not speak to just the here-and-now, it helps us see that we are part of something generational, something real that will continue long after we have gone. At SCLM, we believe God has called us to focus on four distinct groups.
Resource Generation: Our desire is to motivate this group to invest in eternal values by giving their time, their wisdom, their talents, and their financial support.
Action Generation: Potential leaders of the future.
Marketplace: Christian leaders working outside the Church walls.
Spiritual Leaders: Those already in places of leadership in Church Life.
