The purpose of the Substance Abuse Council is the achievement of a healthy community through the prevention and reduction of substance abuse.

The Substance Abuse Council is a nationally recognized community coalition.

Founded in 1986 as a grassroots community coalition bringing stakeholders together to address substance abuse in our community.
