Mission
Strike Out Cancer (SOC) is a national nonprofit that organizes Strike Out Cancer Days in communities across the United States. Strike Out Cancer Days are fundraisers held in conjunction with regularly scheduled baseball games at minor or major league ballparks. These events create opportunities to raise awareness about cancer prevention, generate money to benefit families fighting this disease and enjoy a day at the ballpark. Money is raised through donations and pledges made for each strikeout thrown on game day.
