Description

S.P.A.R.E. is a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization and Quay County's first no-kill animal shelter. Our mission is to put an end to unnessary euthanizing and give our animal companions a chance at life. Through foster, adoption, and spay/neuter programs we hope to control the population and educate the public about responsible pet ownership.
