Step Industries is a non-profit organization, our mission is to offer transitional employment to men and women recovering from alcoholism and drug addiction. We provide an opportunity for our associates to get life back with a healthy work experience. We describe our employment as an incubator … a place where the seeds of recovery can sprout, strengthen and grow. Then it is time to move on and be transplanted to another job, return to school, or do whatever is next on their journey in this new life. The more people we can employee and help get back on their feet, not only helps the recovering person, it helps their families, their children and our communities.
