Description
The StarFire Flower Foundation principally supports programs in developing countries of SE Asia in health, education and economic development. Grants are made using "expenditure responsibility" to organizations that the StarFire Flower Foundation has qualified and are regularly audited on-site by the foundation. The StarFire Flower Foundation pays all of the overhead costs so that 100% of the money it receives as donations goes to the recipient.
