In the heart of Screenland lays a indoor jungle, with a menagerie of wild animals from around the globe. STAR ECO Station in Culver City is a non-profit environmental education & exotic wildlife rescue center where visitors have the chance to meet real animals, & learn how to do their part in protecting the planet!
Designed to look like an Mayan temple hidden in the rainforest, STAR ECO Station offers a last chance to over 100 threatened & endangered species, including tropical birds, wildcats, reptiles & sea life. This unique sanctuary transports visitors down the lantern-lit, mossy hallways on a magical & hands-on lesson in environmentalism . Visitors will discover an 18 foot python named Brutus, a cockatoo called Ozzie, a Bobcat named Jay, & much more!
With a mission of Preservation through Education, STAR ECO Station provides guided tours, educational fieldtrips, classroom instruction, assemblies, birthday parties, & incredible community events.
