We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit religious/community ministry organization, and hold a State Tax Exempt status as well, that is on a mission to end hunger by distributing food and procery products to impoverished people throughout one of the worst areas in Nashville, Tennessee known as the "bottom". Food insecure families are so limited in their resources to buy food that they are running out of food, reducing the quality of their food, cutting out meat, feeding the children unbalanced meals, and skipping meals so that their children can eat.

We are on a quest to put an end to this by bolstering our depleted inventories as the food assistance continues to rise faster than donated food supplies.

All funds/food donated will help Star Ministries to supply food to families who experience food insecurity and are struggling to put food on the table for their families.
