Description
The Stanton-Davis Homestead Museum, Inc. (SDHM, Inc.) is a non-profit 501-c-3 corporation. It was formed to preserve the oldest home in Stonington, Ctonnecticut, built by Thomas Stanton circa 1670. The organization's mission is to preserve the homestead and its artifacts, for the purpose of creating a public museum and living education center, open to the public, which is dedicated to the memory of colonists, Pequots, African Americans, and those associated with the founding of connecticut.
