Description
Small Catskill Mountain, New York, Roman Catholic Parish. Compromised of approximately 300 full-time familes with approximately 100 students in the Faith Formation Program. 85% of the area residents live below poverty level. It is a Seasonal Area, thus the church depends greatly on the donations of seasonal guests. This chuch is also the caretaker of St. Joseph's Chapel, which is the oldest known Catholic Church in the Catskill Mountains. This site is also the burial site of "The Three Colleens". These were women who were marytred in the area for their Catholic Faith.
