Description

The Health Wagon is a nonprofit organization providing Medical Care for patients without medical insurance. We are located in Clintwood, VA and travel with our health motor-home to numerous areas throughout three rural counties. We also find and assist patients who need dental and eye care. We are completely grant and donation funded.
