Description
St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children, non-denominational organization, provides complex medical care and intensive rehabilitation to nearly 4,000 children with special health care needs and life-limiting conditions in the NY Metropolitan region through our inpatient, home care and community programs. St. Mary’s is one of the largest pediatric, long-term care systems in NY State. Children are treated for a broad spectrum of conditions, including genetic disorders, complications of premature birth, post-surgical programs, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, severe asthma, congenital heart disease, neurological, respiratory, orthopedic disorders, and HIV/AIDS.
