Description
St. Mary's is believed to be the only such community initiative in all America. First organized as a response for children and families affected by HIV/AIDS in Philadelphia, PA, our non-sectarian, non-profit Center is a bright, contemporary learning space with a state-of-the-art playground. The Center's mission is simple: to provide highest-quality child care for children under five years and compassionate respite to their caregivers. A small staff and corps of dedicated volunteers manage a specialized program that has welcomed over 350 children since 1994. All services are provided free of charge.
