St Mark Lutheran Church was founded in 1892. Services with communion are held every Sunday at 9:45 am / Sunday School at 9:00 am. This small congregation has a BIG heart, serving regularly at the Frederick County Soup Kitchen, co-founding the Southern Frederick County Food Bank, as well as providing global assistance such as for Sri Lanka tsunami disaster recovery. St. Mark Lutheran lies in the center of the fertile farm country in southern Frederick County, Maryland. St. Mark welcomes all, is handicapped accessible and a member of Lutherans Concerned / North America.
