Philanthropic organization whose sole purpose is to support St. Jude Medical Center (SJMC), a not for profit tertiary Catholic community hospital and ambulatlory care centers in Fullerton, CA. SJMC is a 359 bed full service hospital with adult, pediatric, neonatal services who gives 10% of their net income back to the community to serve the underserved patient populations. They were the first in Orange County to have licensed mobile pediatric, maternity (healthy beginnings) and adult mobile health vans going to a five city area to support healthcare services for the poor. This coming spring, SJMC will open a fixed site neighborhood healthclinic in one of the most needly areas within Fullerton. SJMC is well thought of throughout southern california for its stellar medical staff and services. The hospital has been voted best place to work in Orange County by the readership of the OC Register. SJMC is a Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange Corporation.
