St. Elizabeth School opened its doors on September 12, 1958 with 27 students. Our school consistently provides the type of academic, spiritual, and social environment needed to enrich and enhance the lives of our students. A true sense of family exists, as does a high degree of pride and respect. St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic School offers a PK4-8th grade curriculum. It has a diverse enrollment of 325 students, with enrollment open to all students, regardless of religious belief. As such, St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic School serves the educational needs of both Catholic (90%) and non-Catholic (10%) families. The school is a model of diversity as rich and reflective of the southern Oak Cliff area with an ethnic and economic composition of 19% African American, 2% Asian American, 44% Hispanic, 28% Caucasian and 7% Other. The current enrollment is 46% male and 54% female.
