The mission of Spurwink/RI is to assist children, adults with disabilities and their families in pursuing social, educational, vocational and other life enhancing opportunities. The agency provides an array of highly specialized services for children and adults with challenging emotional, behavioral and developmental disabilities which include residential, special education, clinical counseling and treatment, home based, and consumer directed services.
