Sprout Yoga believes that everyone, everywhere deserves to feel at ease with themselves and their bodies. In pursuit of that, Sprout Yoga provides free yoga to people overcoming eating disorders and surviving post traumatic stress disorder through workshops, classes and teacher trainings.
