The Sponsorship of New Grace (SONG) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The purpose of Sponsorship of New Grace (SONG) is to fundraise money for the betterment of New Grace Nursery and Primary School in Iganga, Uganda, Africa. SONG will sponsor several people associated with SONG to go to Iganga, Uganda and help fix up New Grace Nursery and Primary School. Fixing up the New Grace Nursery and Primary School will entail providing items included in budget (See Budget, last page). Past and present activities include various fundraisers to raise money and increase awareness. These planned fundraisers will continue along with the accepting of donations. At the end of May of 2012, the capital raised will be used to fund the service trip to Uganda and the materials that we will provide to the New Grace Nursery and Primary School in Iganga, Uganda, Africa. Operations in Uganda will include purchasing items (listed in the Budget; last page) from local merchants and delivering them to New Grace Nursery and Primary School in Iganga, Uganda, Africa. Upon delivery, we will then install these items so that they can be put right to use. In addition, we will post video documentation to our webpage of the delivery of these resources to the New Grace Nursery and Primary School in Iganga, Uganda, Africa. As a result, donors will be able to confirm that the funds that they donated went to the New Grace Nursery and Primary School in Iganga, Uganda, Africa, in the application that was intended. After the service trip is completed, we will continue to fundraise and plan how to continue to provide direct aid to the New Grace Nursery and Primary School in Iganga, Uganda, Africa.
