The Purpose of UPR Detroit is to provide teams of UPR trained volunteers able to give immediate and ongoing support to victims of disaster, to collaborate with other relief organizations, and to affect fundamental change through humanitarian relief in the areas of food security, alternative health care, and emergency relief assistance, and resource information.
