Description

A former public school, the building was bought by the community organization to preserve the building and also to keep the building active for the community. Spencer-Penn Centre is now an education and special events center offering classes from dance to crochet to computer and also a place to rent for family and group activities. It also opened a library free and open to the community.The building was also placed on the National Register for Historic Places.
