SPECTRUM MINISTRIES is a small missions organization located in San Diego, California.
It is a non-profit, tax exempt organization.
Spectrum's main focus is to help hundreds of poor families and thousands of children located across the Mexican border in eight of the poorest neighborhoods in and around the city of Tijuana. The ongoing programs in each of these barrios exist to feed and provide medical help for the families and schooling for their children. Spectrum works with the city street children and young people on drugs, and is actively involved with the Tijuana juvenile facility (CMI). They also provide a weekly breakfast for street children, and assist with the running of orphanages.
