The purpose of the Special Troopers Adaptive Riding School, Inc. is to provide persons with physical, cognitive and emotional disabilities with an animal-oriented therapeutic, rehabilitative and recreational program that will contribute to their physical and emotional health. STARS provides therapeutic horse back riding programs and canine programs to a tri-state area clientele, hospital patients, care center residents, group home residents and many others.
