The Putnam County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc. is a not for profit, 501(c)3 corporation. It provides protection against animal cruelty throughout Putnam County, NY by actively enforcing the animal cruelty statutes, providing humane education to schools and interested groups and shelter and medical care for abused animals seized by arrest for animal cruelty.
