Description
The Monmouth County SPCA is a private, non profit organization dedicated to the humane treatment of all animals. The MCSPCA is the only humane law enforcement agency in the county as chartered by the NJ State SPCA. The MCSPCA is an open admissions shelter where no animal is ever turned away and every adoptable animal is given all the time they need to find a loving home. In addition to pet adoptions, additional agency services include low-cost spay/neuter surgery, humane education, pet-assisted therapy, dog obedience training, pet-bereavement counseling and a thrift shop.
