The Hudson Valley SPCA is a no/low kill shelter in Orange County, NY dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abandoned and neglected animals. We offer a pet food pantry and behavioral training assistance to families contemplating the surrender of a current companion. Our goal is to keep animals in their homes and building friendships by uniting people with their perfect loving companion.
