Private no-kill animal shelter located in Spotsylvania Co. Serves the City of Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline & King George County. The SPCA is a non-profit shelter and raises 97% of its annual budget. The shelter finds new homes for stray and surrendered cats and dogs. It has been in its current location since 1945.
