Spay Panama’s Animals Yes, USA, is a Non-Profit, all volunteer 501(c)3 organization, which was founded in 2008 by Dr. Isis Johnson-Brown, following an eye-opening spay/neuter training visit in the country of Panama. Spay Panama’s Animals Yes, USA mission is to establish animal welfare in the country of Panama. We currently provide surgical and medical supplies to www.spaypanama.org. Volunteers are always needed and welcome.
