Spanish Action Committee of Chicago (SACC) is one of the oldest Puerto Rican organizations in the City of Chicago.
Since its establishment in 1966, its purpose is to effectively and constructively focus attention on and resolve the needs and aspirations of Chicago's Puerto Rican and Hispanic Community.
