The Mission of RC&D is to build public and private partnerships, create financial leverage, and increase the capacity of communities to meet their locally identified resource conservation and development needs. This is achieved by engaging the interests of the public and private sectors to balance the conservation and development of human and natural resources; and creating efficient community and natural resource management programs which bring together cooperative actions for a common benefit.
