Specializes in services for children birth to age five with a goal of preventing problems before they begin.
Programs include mental health, child abuse prevention, Head Start, disabilities services, literacy, a Children's Developmental Center, and a toll-free Helpline for parents.
Southwest Human Development is also the Easter Seals affiliate for central and northern Arizona.
Over 135,000 children and families are served each year.
